. Orthopaedic surgeons, physiotherapists, and their patients rely on our platform to manage, monitor, and improve the outcomes of physiotherapy programs.

The core of our innovation is a
proprietary computer vision–based human motion and posture tracking system
, which provides real-time, virtual physiotherapist assistance during exercises. This drives significantly higher patient compliance and engagement, directly improving clinical outcomes.

As a healthtech company,
user experience, reliability, scalability, and security
are central to everything we build. Our platform is 100% developed in-house by a young and capable team of deep learning engineers and Unity app developers.

We are now entering an exciting growth phase, expanding into new markets and product lines. To support this journey, we are looking to bring in strong technology leadership to shape the next stage of our product and engineering culture.

Role Overview

We are seeking a
VP of Engineering/CTO
to lead our
Product and Technology functions
. This is a high-impact leadership role that blends
technical depth
with
strategic vision
. You will be responsible for building world-class products, shaping technology strategy, setting up scalable processes, and growing a high-performing team — all within a fast-paced, resource-constrained startup environment.
