Job Description:

We are looking for a seasoned SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) Consultant with

over 5 years of hands-on experience, including large-scale implementation projects,

integration with SuccessFactors, and a strong track record of client-facing roles and team

leadership. This onsite role offers the opportunity to be a part of a dynamic team, delivering

end-to-end SAP integration solutions that support business-critical processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement robust SAP CPI interfaces and integration

solutions, including complex end-to-end scenarios.

Lead integration efforts between SAP and non-SAP systems, including

SuccessFactors, Ariba, S/4HANA, and other cloud/on-premise solutions.

Provide technical leadership in design reviews, code reviews, and mentoring junior

team members.

Conduct integration testing, monitor interface performance, and implement

optimization strategies.

Maintain comprehensive documentation and adhere to SAP CPI best practices and

security standards.

Act as a key client-facing consultant, representing the integration team in

workshops, design discussions, and solution demos.

Skills and Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in SAP CPI and/or SAP PI/PO.

Proven expertise in SuccessFactors integration and complex SAP cloud/on-premise

integration landscapes.

Deep understanding of integration protocols: SOAP, REST, HTTP, OData, IDoc,

RFC.

Strong experience with mapping techniques including Graphical Mapping, XSLT,

Groovy Scripting.

Experience as a Team Lead in large implementation or migration projects.

Solid analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently in fast-

paced environments.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on client

engagement and stakeholder management.
