Key Responsibilities:

  • Booking and Issuing Tickets:Processing ticket orders, reservations, and cancellations for various events, flights, or transportation services.
  • Customer Service:Handling customer inquiries, providing information on schedules, routes, fares, and travel policies, and resolving issues related to bookings.
  • Record Keeping:Maintaining accurate records of ticket sales, reservations, customer interactions, and financial transactions.
  • Communication:Clearly communicating with customers, providing travel advice, and explaining ticketing procedures.
  • Problem Solving:Addressing customer complaints, resolving booking errors, and handling issues related to ticketing.
  • Compliance:Ensuring adherence to company policies, regulations, and industry standards related to ticketing.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Communication Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial for interacting with customers and colleagues.
  • Customer Service Skills:Providing exceptional customer service and handling customer inquiries effectively.
  • Organizational Skills:Strong organizational skills to manage bookings, maintain records, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
