We are seeking a creative and talented Senior Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design and a keen eye for detail, with the ability to create visually stunning digital and print assets. You will play a key role in shaping our brand's visual identity across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and design a wide range of digital and print assets, including websites, social media graphics, infographics, banners, brochures, logos, presentations, and videos (using Premiere Pro, Blender, or related software).
  • Coordinate video shooting activities for product showcases and branding initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements, target audiences, and key messaging, ensuring design deliverables effectively communicate the intended message.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, design techniques, and emerging technologies, implementing innovative ideas to enhance design quality and user experience.
  • Maintain brand consistency and adhere to design guidelines, ensuring all visual assets align with our brand's tone, style, and values.
  • Develop custom illustrations, icons, and other graphics to elevate the overall visual impact of our brand.
  • Collaborate with external agencies and vendors as needed, managing the production process and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality design assets.
  • Conduct regular quality checks to ensure all designs meet our standards and specifications.
  • Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas and creative solutions to meet project objectives.
  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities and project requirements in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Skills Required:

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a related role.
  • 2-3 years of experience in graphic design or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Familiarity with the latest design tools and technologies.
  • Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques, coupled with keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively present and articulate design concepts.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
  • A self-motivated individual who takes initiative, stays updated with industry trends, and continuously seeks to enhance design skills.
  • Additional skills in 3D rendering software (such as Blender, 3DS Max, Unreal Engine) would be highly appreciated.
