Job Title: Junior Designer

Location- Delhi & Hyderabad

Experience- 2-3 Yrs

About the Role:

only a master of design but also a skilled storyteller and sellersomeone who can make a client fall in

love with the space they will call home.

As a Design Executive, you will be the owner of your creation from the very first interaction with the client

to turning their dream into reality. This role blends sales, design, and execution, ensuring that your ideas

dont just stay on paper but come to life in the most seamless way possible.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand client requirements and translate them into creative, functional designs within the

companys catalog and offerings.

  • Present and sell your designs compellingly, ensuring the client connects emotionally with your

vision.

  • Prepare initial concepts, final working drawings, and quotes using our internal software.
  • Manage the entire design journey, including site measurements, material selection at our

showroom, and site validation visits.

  • Collaborate closely with the Execution Team to ensure your designs are implemented flawlessly.
  • Provide a seamless and empathetic customer experience, building trust and rapport throughout

the process.

  • Mentor and share knowledge with junior designers, assisting in their training and skill

development when required.

  • Achieve sales and design conversion targets through effective lead handling and client

engagement.

  • Stay updated with current design trends and be open to learning and unlearning through

company-led training.

  • Drive efficiency by progressing projects swiftly from design to production, reducing overall

timelines.

Desired Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong design sensibility with proven ability to align creativity to customer needs.
  • Excellent presentation, storytelling, and design-selling skills.
  • Proficiency in design software (experience in modular furniture/interior design preferred).
  • Strong understanding of site measurements, materials, and working drawings.
  • Team player with the ability to work cross-functionally with execution and sales teams.
  • High level of customer empathy and relationship management.
  • Target-oriented with the ability to balance creativity and business goals.
