Position: Junior Communications Manager

Location: Design Forum International (DFI), New Delhi

About the Role

Design Forum International (DFI) is seeking a dynamic and creative Junior Communications Manager to join our Communications team. This hands-on role is perfect for someone passionate about storytelling, design, and strategy. You will help shape how we communicate the stories behind our award-winning architecture and design projects through PR, social media, and events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and execution of PR, digital, and marketing initiatives.
  • Craft engaging content (copy + visuals) for Instagram, LinkedIn, newsletters, and media pitches.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather project data, images, and stories.
  • Assist in developing case studies, presentations, reports, and other communication materials.
  • Contribute to event planning, launches, exhibitions, and outreach activities.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: 1-3 years in communications, social media, or related fields.

  • Skills:

  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with a flair for storytelling.

  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Canva.

  • Strong organisational skills, curiosity, and eagerness to learn about architecture and design.

  • Bonus: A background in architecture or design will be a significant advantage.
