We are seeking a skilled and experienced ServiceNow Developer/Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow development and configuration, with hands-on experience in implementing and maintaining various modules and integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement solutions using Script Includes, Client Scripts, Business Rules, and Flow Designer.
  • Configure and customize Service Catalog items, Request tables, UI Policies, and UI Actions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Develop and maintain REST/SOAP integrations with third-party systems.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices in ServiceNow development and platform governance.
  • Provide support for incident resolution and enhancements related to ServiceNow modules.
  • Maintain documentation and knowledge base using Confluence and manage tasks using JIRA.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 45 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting components.
  • Strong understanding of ITSM processes and ServiceNow architecture.
  • Experience with Service Catalog, Request Management, and Workflow Configuration.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Certifications (Optional but Advantageous):

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
  • ITIL Foundation Certification

Mandatory Skills
