Workday Integration Consultant

A Workday IntegrationConsultant with 3 to 5 years of Workday Integration experience. The candidatewill be responsible for analyzing, designing, configuring, testing, anddeploying Workday HR solutions to meet the business requirements of clients.Skills and Qualification3 to 5 years of Workday Integration experience.Strong knowledge of EIB, Connectors, WorkdayStudio, Third Party Payroll Integrations, and other complex integrationsolutions.Must have worked on End -to -end implementationworkday projects and hands -on experience in the deployment process.Active Workday certification is mandatory.Collaborate with the Client's Project team, HR,and business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyse business processes,and translate them into effective Workday configurations and solutions.Utilize consulting abilities, business acumen,and specialized solution proficiency to seamlessly integrate thefunctionalities into the client's business ecosystem, ensuring the attainmentof the client's expected business result.Optimize and maintain the Workday system,ensuring data integrity, system security, and compliance with regulatorystandards.Conduct health checks for clients that arealready live on Workday, resulting in defining a roadmap for Workdayoptimization.In -depth knowledge of Web Services and solutiondesign approaches around them.Strong knowledge of working with data exchangeformats like XML, JSON, and data transformation using XSLT.Good knowledge of Advanced/ BIRT reports.Ability to absorb new technologies and featuresquickly.Good oral, written, and interpersonal skillswith the ability to effectively manage customer expectations.Good problem -solving skills with the ability toanalyze complex issues and provide effective solutions.Adaptable communicator, facilitator, influencer,and problem solver.Ability to multi -task and prioritize timeeffectively.LocationAcross IndiaAbout EZE Cloud ConsultingEZE Cloud Consulting is anofficial Workday Services and Sales Partner helping customers elevate theiradoption and success with Workday HCM, Workday FINS, and related modules.
