Job Description Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Finance Consultant to support and optimize Workday Financial Management applications including Record to Report Contract to Cash and Financial Integrations knowledge. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Workday Finance configuration troubleshooting and business process improvements. Exp: 3 to 10 Yrs Responsibilities - Expertise in Financial Modules like Contract to Cash and Record to Report - System Configuration & Support: Configure and maintain Workday Financials including business processes security and reporting. - Business Process Optimization: Partner with finance teams to enhance workflows automate processes and drive efficiency. - Integration & Data Management: Support integrations with third-party systems ensure data accuracy and troubleshoot issues. - Workday Releases & Enhancements: Analyze test and implement new Workday features updates and enhancements. - Reporting & Analytics: Develop custom reports and dashboards using Workday Reporting and Prism Analytics. - Issue Resolution & User Support: Provide functional and technical support troubleshoot issues and train end users. - Governance & Compliance: Ensure system controls align with financial regulations audits and company policies. - Lead the development and implementation of geospatial analysis projects using Workday tools. - Oversee the integration of Workday Studio and Workday Integrations to ensure seamless data flow. - Provide technical expertise in creating and maintaining Workday (Technical) Reports. - Collaborate with finance teams to develop and optimize Workday (Finance) models. - Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all geospatial and Workday-related tasks. - Develop and maintain documentation for all geospatial and Workday processes. - Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement. - Train and support team members on the use of Workday tools and geospatial analysis techniques. - Monitor and analyze geospatial data to provide actionable insights for business decisions. - Work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and deliver customized solutions. - Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in geospatial analysis and Workday technologies. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and methodologies within the team. - Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all tasks.
