Job Title: MEP Team Lead

Location: Kochi, Kerala (Preference for Kochi-based candidates)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced MEP Team Lead to manage and supervise mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) activities at our projects. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, team management skills, and hands-on experience in handling MEP installations and site supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise the MEP team on-site to ensure timely and quality execution of MEP works.
  • Coordinate with project managers, design engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth progress of MEP activities.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications.
  • Review and interpret MEP drawings, plans, and schedules to execute work efficiently.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work progress and quality standards.
  • Manage material procurement, inventory, and proper utilization of resources.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to MEP systems during execution.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the MEP team.
  • Prepare progress reports and ensure accurate documentation.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience as an MEP Supervisor, preferably with hands-on site experience.
  • Strong knowledge of MEP systems: HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, etc.
  • Good leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or relevant field preferred.

Compensation:

  • Annual CTC: ₹4,80,000
  • Monthly Take-home Salary: ₹36,000

Preferred Location:

Candidates based in Kochi, Kerala are preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35, ₹37,000.00 per month
