As an Electrical & ELV Coordinator, your role involves coordinating electrical and ELV activities in the interior field according to the project schedule, ensuring cost efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met. You will be responsible for overseeing MEP works based on approved shop drawings, conducting installations, inspections, and testing to meet specifications and consultant requirements. Your tasks will include verifying the accuracy of shop drawings, reviewing consultant designs, and making decisions on day-to-day work activities for contractors. Additionally, you will be involved in project planning, site inspections, site coordination, invoice verification, certification of billing, variation management, and report preparation. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate Electrical & ELV activities as per project schedule and design - Ensure MEP works are carried out as per approved shop drawings and construction program - Verify accuracy of shop drawings and compliance with specifications - Review consultant designs and specifications - Assign tasks, schedule activities, and deal with operational issues - Coordinate with project personnel to meet project requirements - Review and verify subcontractor invoices - Manage variations in project scope - Prepare reports Qualification Required: - B. Tech in Electrical - Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP work supervision Software Skills Required: - AutoCad - MS Office The company also offers benefits such as commuter assistance, provided food, life insurance, and paid sick time.
