Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Technology Lead - Data Engineering at Inspire. The Technology Lead will oversee the design, development, and implementation of data pipelines and architectures. Key responsibilities include leading a team of data engineers, ensuring data quality and compliance, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and optimizing data workflows to support business needs and insights.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Data Engineering, Data Modeling, and ETL processes
  • Proficiency with data tools and technologies including SQL, Hadoop, Spark, Python, and Kafka
  • Experience in leading and mentoring engineering teams
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Experience with Cloud data platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Experience in the restaurant or retail industry is preferred
