Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Finance & Accounts located in Gurugram. The Head of Finance & Accounts will be responsible for overseeing all financial and accounting operations, developing financial strategies, ensuring financial health and compliance, managing budgets and financial reports, and providing financial advice to senior management. Day-to-day tasks will include monitoring cash flow, conducting financial analysis, managing financial risks, implementing internal controls, and enhancing financial processes to drive the organization's growth and sustainability.

Qualifications

  • Strong Finance skills including financial analysis, budget management, and financial strategy development
  • Proven Analytical Skills for analyzing financial data and making informed financial decisions
  • Effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills to interact with stakeholders and provide clear financial advice
  • Customer Service skills to address client financial inquiries and provide exceptional service
  • Experience in implementing internal controls and enhancing financial processes
  • Ability to work on-site and collaborate within a team environment in Gurugram
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; a professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, CA) is preferred
  • Experience in a leadership role within the finance and accounts domain
