Job Title: Digital Marketer – (B2C Focus)

About the Role

We are seeking a
dynamic Digital Marketer
with a passion for sports—particularly
Pickleball
—to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and executing digital marketing strategies to expand our B2C presence. From
social media management
to
content creation
and
reel editing
, you will drive campaigns that strengthen our brand identity and connect us with the Pickleball community.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement B2C digital marketing strategies focused on Racket sports.
  • Manage and optimize social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok).
  • Design compelling creatives using
    Canva
    .
  • Create, edit, and publish engaging
    short-form video content
    (Reels, Shorts).
  • Monitor, analyze, and report performance metrics.
  • Execute campaigns to increase visibility, engagement, and conversions.
  • Stay updated with sports trends to ensure fresh and relevant content.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2C.
  • Strong knowledge of social media management and growth strategies.
  • Proficiency in
    Canva
    and video editing tools (CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere Pro, etc.).
  • Creative storytelling ability and strong copywriting skills.
  • Passion for sports, with interest/knowledge of Pickleball preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
