Job Description: Marketing Manager – Flex Pilates (Hyderabad)
About Us
Flex Pilates is Hyderabad's leading Physiotherapy and Pilates studio with three thriving branches and a growing reputation for quality, healing-focused movement and care. We are expanding—and we're looking for a passionate and driven Marketing Manager to lead our brand's next phase of growth.
Role Overview
As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing all marketing activities to drive studio awareness, lead generation, client retention, and brand storytelling—across both digital and offline channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 90-day marketing plans aligned with business goals
- Lead Instagram, YouTube, and WhatsApp content strategy (with internal and external creators)
- Plan and manage paid ad campaigns (Instagram, Google, YouTube)
- Build and grow brand community through events, partnerships, influencer tie-ups
- Optimize Google My Business listings, reviews, and local visibility
- Track analytics, report performance, and iterate campaigns weekly
- Coordinate with designers, editors, ad specialists, and front desk teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Marketing/Communications; MBA is a bonus
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in health, wellness, fitness, or service industries
- Proven success in lead generation, brand building, and campaign management
- Strong grasp of Instagram, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Canva
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strategic thinker and reliable executor who aligns with our nurturing, client-first culture
