JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead contract engineering & application engineering functions for domestic & international markets.

• Responsible for meeting business plan & key operating deliverables

• Drive digital initiatives, productivity & quality improvements

• Spearhead & establish the strategies for business growth, expansion of market coverage, product development, manufacturing operations & field support, contribute to annual business planning

• Coordinate with selling entities to understand local market requirements and build the product roadmap and strategy

• Collaborate with factory teams including engineering, logistics, manufacturing & supply chain teams for seamless execution of the strategies & delivering to the customer expectations

• Guide & lead the passionate team of engineering professionals towards their professional & organizational growth

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum requirement of Bachelors Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a reputed institution. MBA from reputed institutions shall be added advantage

EXPERIENCE

Minimum 15+ years of total work experience which includes experience in contract engineering, factory operations, sales & product management & people management (Min 5 years). Experience in project management shall be an added advantage. Must have experience working with multilingual, cultural & national customers, sales forecasting, market analytics, business planning, and coordination of deliverables with numerous functions.

ANY OTHER KNOWLEDGE/ SKILLS/ PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES IF REQUIRED

• Strong/clear communication, interpersonal and presentation skills

• Ability to lead diversified teams & manage stake holders expectations

• Ability to team across functions & countries and resolve conflicts

• Proficient with MS office tools
