SAP SD Integration Consultant (S/4) 

POSITION PURPOSE:

We are in search of a skilled SAP S/4 SD Integration Consultant to become part of our Bayer Contract to Cash IT team to manage our global S/4 HANA based ERP platform which we are rolling out worldwide under the program name CORE. The ideal candidate will partner with our business and IT Contract to Cash team members to design as well as manage the CORE template solution and deployments of CORE in countries focusing on integrations to several CRM platforms and eCommerce portals for our Sales Order Management and Billing processes. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with technical expertise in the SAP module Sales & Distribution and API integration to support our organization's operational and project needs.

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design, implement, deploy, enhance and support the technical integrations of our global template solution within SAP S/4 module Sales & Distribution to different CRM systems and web portals supporting Bayer's business processes worldwide
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement SD integration solutions that align with business objectives and operational requirements
• Analyze integration requirements and implement integration strategies to support effective and efficient integration processes
• Configure and customize SAP APIs and events to enable seamless communication and data exchange between systems
• Monitor and troubleshoot integration processes, identify and resolve integration issues, and ensure the stability and reliability of integrated systems
• Stay updated on SAP SD integration features, enhancements, and best practices to continuously optimize and improve our S/4 HANA landscape
• Participate in support activities (Incidents, Q&A, Service Requests, Root-cause analysis, bug fixing,...)
• Management of and collaboration with external IT Operations supplier as well as SAP

WHO YOU ARE:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 5 years overall IT Experience. Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Integration with focus on module Sales & Distribution
• Hands-on experience in configuring and customizing S/4 API solutions
• Knowledge in SAP S/4 BTP services and integration tools are beneficial
• Experience with DevOps and Agile methodologies is a plus
• Good problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and provide effective solutions
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various teams and stakeholders
• Previous experience working internationally or within cross-cultural teams is highly desirable
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
