RequirementsRole
As an RPA (Robotic Process Automation) Lead, you will drive the strategic implementation of automation solutions, lead a team in designing and deploying robotic workflows, and collaborate with stakeholders to optimize business processes, ensuring efficiency and innovation.
What you'll do
Following are high level responsibilities that you will play but not limited to:
- Work in customer facing roles, understanding business requirements, Process Assessment.
- Conducts architectural evaluation, design and analysis of automation deployments.
- Handson experience in Bot Design, Bot Development, Testing and Debugging
- Responsible to prepare and review of technical documentation (Solution Design Document).
- Driving best practice design - identifying reusable components, queues, configurable parameters.
- Experience with customer interaction and software development lifecycle, as well as Agile project management methodology.
- Researching, recommending and implementing new processes and technology to improve the quality of services provided.
- Partnering with the Pre-sales team to estimate efforts and craft solutions.
What you'll bring
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or any related field.
- 4 to 9 years of experience with hands-on experience in RPA development and deployment.
- Certifications with RPA platforms preferably on (UiPath and Power Automate).
- Hands-on experience working in development or support projects.
- Experience working in Agile SCRUM environment.
- Strong communication, organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to succeed in a collaborative and fast paced environment.
- Ensures the delivery of a high-quality solutions meeting client s expectations.
- Ability to Lead Teams with Developers and Junior Developers.
- Programming languages: knowledge on at least one of these – C#, Visual Basic, Python, .Net, Java
