About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated professional to join our Revenue Management team. The ideal candidate will bring strong proficiency in the French language along with excellent analytical skills to drive data-informed decisions. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to optimize revenue performance, solve complex business challenges, and ensure seamless communication across global stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze market trends, demand patterns, and pricing data to support revenue optimization strategies
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide insights and recommendations that maximize revenue and profitability
  • Manage reporting, dashboards, and performance metrics to enable data-driven decision-making
  • Communicate with global stakeholders, including French-speaking markets, ensuring accuracy and cultural alignment
  • Handle high-pressure situations effectively while balancing multiple priorities and deadlines

Preferred candidate profile

  • Strong proficiency in French language (spoken and written)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret large datasets and generate actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams and geographies
  • Proven ability to work under pressure, with sound judgment and quick decision-making
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Hospitality, or a related field
  • Prior experience in revenue management, pricing, forecasting, or a related analytical role is an advantage
