Sales Administrator

Sales Administration
- Support continental and regional sales teams with day-to-day administrative tasks
- Prepare and process sales orders, contracts, price lists, and promotional agreements
- Coordinate with country sales teams to ensure timely submission of sales data
Reporting & Analysis
- Compile and consolidate sales reports (daily, weekly, monthly) from multiple countries
- Track sales performance, targets, forecasts, and KPIs
- Maintain accurate sales databases and dashboards
Coordination & Communication
- Act as a liaison between continental sales, country teams, supply chain, finance, and marketing
- Coordinate sales meetings, reviews, and business planning sessions
- Follow up on action items from sales meetings
Systems & Data Management
- Maintain sales data in ERP/CRM systems
- Ensure data accuracy across markets
- Support system updates, pricing uploads, and master data maintenance
Forecasting & Planning Support
- Assist in sales forecasting and demand planning processes
- Support new product launches and promotional rollouts across markets
Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure sales documentation complies with company policies
- Maintain organized records for audits and internal reviews
