Role & responsibilities
- Executive Coordination & Communication
Manage the CEOs calendar, schedule, and correspondence.
Draft official letters, government applications, presentations, and internal communication.
Maintain structured filing and ensure confidentiality of all information.
- Government & Institutional Liaison
Handle all registration, licensing, and approval matters with government departments, PWD, DISCOM, and other statutory bodies.
Visit offices and meet officers or clerical staff as the CEO's authorized representative.
Track application progress, ensure timely submission of documents, and update the CEO with accurate status reports.
- Industry & Client Coordination
Act as the single point of contact for industry partners, vendors, consultants, and CSR collaborators.
Schedule and attend meetings, note discussions, and follow up on pending actions.
Maintain professional relationships and ensure timely responses to queries and proposals.
- Analytical & Learning Responsibility
Quickly study and understand new subjects (e.g., solar, CSR, construction, EPC, or compliance topics).
Prepare short notes and summaries for the CEO within tight deadlines.
Provide well-informed recommendations or clarifications on assigned topics.
- Travel & Event Support
Coordinate travel, logistics, and protocol for the CEO and accompanying team.
Represent the CEO professionally at events or meetings when delegated.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
All government submissions / registrations filed within deadlines.
90 % of official visits completed without need for CEO intervention.
100 % accuracy in documentation and filing.
95 % follow-up items closed within 48 hours.
