Job Summary

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and generate qualified leads.
  • Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email, website, etc.).
  • Create and oversee promotional materials, advertisements, and marketing content.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing campaigns with sales goals.
  • Manage company website and ensure up-to-date content, including case studies, blogs, and project showcases.
  • Organize and participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and community outreach programs.
  • Track marketing performance metrics and prepare monthly reports on ROI and campaign effectiveness.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with agencies, vendors, and other marketing service providers.
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
  • Manage junior marketing staffs

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the solar, renewable energy, or electrical industry.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Creative thinking with a results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of solar products, technologies, and market trends is an advantage.
