
Telesales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and client-focused professional with proven experience in the Events & Exhibitions industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing Client Relationships , understanding their requirements, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring seamless execution of projects from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calling and outbound calls to potential domestic and international clients.
- Present and explain products/services to prospective customers in a professional manner.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients through effective follow-ups and regular communication.
- Research and identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, and partnerships.
- Manage the entire lead generation process from prospecting to closure.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to align strategies and meet business objectives.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales and business development targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and client interactions in CRM systems.
- Represent the company in a professional, credible, and trustworthy manner during all interactions.
Key Requirements:
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); additional international language skills will be an advantage.
- International exposure in dealing with global clients preferred.
- Proven experience in cold calling, lead generation, or inside sales.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to understand client needs and present tailored business solutions.
