Job description: International Voice Process (Mid Shift).

Shift Timing - (1PM to 10PM) & (2PM to 11PM)

Designation: Executive / Senior Executive

Languages Known: English

Salary Package - 2.3 LPA - 3.75LPA

Location: HEXAWARE TECHNOLOGIES/BPS; Chennai one SEZ IT PARK - GATE 2; IG-3, 3rd Floor, Phase 2, Pallavaram 200 Feet Ring Road, MCN Nagar Extension, Thoraipakkam, Chennai -Tamil Nadu

Qualification: Any graduate can be considered

Notice period: Immediate Joiners preferable

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Experience in Outbound or Inbound calls with excellent communication.
  • Candidate should be strong in communication (should be in good Grammar, sentence construction and pronunciation).
  • Should be comfortable working in Mid Shift
  • Handle customer inquiries efficiently and professionally.
  • Only Immediate joiners.
  • Saturday & Sunday Fixed week off.
