Position: Sales Account Manager

Location: Nerul, Navi Mumbai

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: ₹15,000 per month

About the Role:

We are looking for a Sales Account Manager who will be responsible for managing client relationships, maintaining accurate CRM data, and ensuring consistent follow-ups with existing clients and leads. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and skilled in customer communication, with a focus on achieving client satisfaction and supporting the sales team's overall performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Update and maintain client information and lead status in the CRM system on a daily basis.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with old clients and leads to ensure continued engagement and identify new business opportunities.
  • Track and monitor sales activities, follow-ups, and client responses daily.
  • Support the sales team by preparing reports, maintaining data accuracy, and managing documentation.
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships through effective communication and service.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met efficiently.
  • Provide timely updates and feedback to the management on client interactions and progress.
  • Contribute to improving client retention and overall business growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, or CRM handling.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools, MS Excel, and other reporting software.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple clients efficiently.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

Compensation & Working Hours:

  • Salary: ₹15,000 per month
  • Working Days: Monday to Saturday
  • Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
  • Location: Nerul, Navi Mumbai

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
