Position: Sales Account Manager
Location: Nerul, Navi Mumbai
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: ₹15,000 per month
About the Role:
We are looking for a Sales Account Manager who will be responsible for managing client relationships, maintaining accurate CRM data, and ensuring consistent follow-ups with existing clients and leads. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and skilled in customer communication, with a focus on achieving client satisfaction and supporting the sales team's overall performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Update and maintain client information and lead status in the CRM system on a daily basis.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with old clients and leads to ensure continued engagement and identify new business opportunities.
- Track and monitor sales activities, follow-ups, and client responses daily.
- Support the sales team by preparing reports, maintaining data accuracy, and managing documentation.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships through effective communication and service.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met efficiently.
- Provide timely updates and feedback to the management on client interactions and progress.
- Contribute to improving client retention and overall business growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, or CRM handling.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, MS Excel, and other reporting software.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple clients efficiently.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
Compensation & Working Hours:
- Salary: ₹15,000 per month
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
- Location: Nerul, Navi Mumbai
