Working Experience in Operations Handling:

Fundamentals of Production,High availability, Load balancing, Fault tolerance, Resiliency,Deployments, troubleshooting outside of business hours,Ability to work under pressure

Roles and Responsibilities:

Monitoring: Ensuring the health and performance of K2View clusters, monitoring resource usage, and identifying bottlenecks.

Configuration: Managing K2View configurations, including node settings, topic configurations, and security settings.

Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and resolving issues with K2View clusters, such as network problems, lags, node crash.

Security: Implementing and maintaining K2View security measures, including authentication, authorization, encryption, and access controls.

Upgrades and Patching: Planning and executing K2View upgrades, applying patches, and ensuring compatibility with existing systems.

Automation: Developing scripts or using automation tools to streamline K2View administration tasks and improve efficiency.

Documentation: Documenting K2View configurations, procedures, troubleshooting steps, and best practices for internal knowledge sharing.

Collaboration: Collaborating with other teams such as development, infrastructure, interacting teams and security teams to ensure smooth operation and integration of K2View-Kafka and K2View-other systems.
