Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Manager located in Howrah. The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire production process, ensuring efficiency, quality control, and meeting production targets. Daily tasks include managing production schedules, supervising staff, coordinating with the design and supply chain teams, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Qualifications

  • Production Management, Workflow Optimization, and Process Improvement skills
  • Quality Control, Inspection Procedures, and Compliance Management experience
  • Team Leadership, Staff Supervision, and Training capabilities
  • Supply Chain Coordination, Inventory Management, and Procurement skills
  • Effective Communication and Problem-Solving abilities
  • Knowledge of eco-friendly manufacturing practices is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field
