Administration and supervision

  • Oversee daily operations: Manage the day-to-day functions, including room assignments and record-keeping for residents.
  • Budget and finance: Manage the hostel's budget, monitor expenses, and ensure cost-effective operations.
  • Staff management: Supervise and coordinate hostel staff, including housekeeping, maintenance, and other support teams.
  • Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate records and generate reports on attendance, incidents, and finances.

Resident welfare and discipline

  • Enforce rules: Ensure all residents adhere to hostel rules and regulations and handle disciplinary issues fairly.
  • Student support: Act as a mentor, provide guidance, and address resident concerns, including conflict resolution.
  • Safety and security: Ensure the safety of all residents by monitoring entrances/exits and addressing security concerns.
  • Health and well-being: Keep track of students' health issues, maintain hygiene, and assist in arranging medical help when needed.

Facilities and maintenance

  • Ensure upkeep: Coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping staff to keep the hostel clean, functional, and in good repair.
  • Manage amenities: Oversee the quality of services like food and ensure the functionality of common areas.

Communication and events

  • Liaise with administration: Act as a link between residents and the institutional administration, communicating policies and updates.
  • Organize activities: Plan and organize recreational and community-building events for residents.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹80, ₹95,000.00 per month
