Role: Senior Manager – Performance Marketing

Min. 3 years of lead generation experience in Middle-East (MEA)

Responsibilities

  • Lead Strategy & Planning:
    Manage all performance marketing channels (Facebook, Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) and affiliate marketing to drive lead acquisition & admissions for the Engineering vertical.
  • Optimize for Lower Funnel Metrics:
    Go beyond leads and optimize campaigns for applications and admissions aligned with business goals.
  • Campaign Strategist:
    Analyze data from past campaigns, competitor trends, and market insights to guide campaign decisions and media plans.
  • Data-Driven Optimization:
    Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and make data-backed adjustments to maximize ROI.
  • Creative Collaboration:
    Work with the creative team to ensure ad copy, content, and creatives resonate with audiences and drive user acquisition.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
    Strategize and work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external agencies/partners.
  • Reporting & Insights:
    Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports with actionable insights on campaign performance, user acquisition costs, and engagement.
  • Team Leadership:
    Lead the performance marketing team in planning, strategy, and campaign execution.

Expertise and Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in performance marketing with proven lead acquisition and optimization record
  • Experience with paid advertising platforms (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc.) and affiliate marketing
  • Strong data analysis skills with the ability to convert insights into campaign strategies
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across creative and product teams
  • Prior
    EdTech experience is a must
  • Prior experience in managing a team is a must
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field preferred
