What You'll Do

Research & Insights

  • Conduct secondary research on industries, audiences, and competitors.
  • Build insight decks and structured data sheets to support campaign planning.
  • Identify emerging trends and opportunities within target markets.

Operations & Task Management

  • Manage daily, weekly, and monthly marketing workflows.
  • Coordinate internally across marketing, design and tech teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain project trackers and monitor progress across multiple clients.

Marketing Support

  • Assist in content strategy, keyword research, and SEO-driven initiatives.
  • Support analytics and reporting to evaluate marketing effectiveness.
  • Contribute ideas to improve visibility, engagement, and lead generation.

What You'll Need

  • 2–4 years of experience in B2B SaaS or agency environments.
  • Solid understanding of content marketing and SEO fundamentals.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel and comfort working with data.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience managing B2B social channels (LinkedIn, Slack communities, Reddit, StackExchange).
  • Familiarity with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, SimilarWeb).
  • Experience using reporting tools such as Looker Studio and Google Analytics.
  • Basic technical knowledge would be good to have (e.g., understanding how websites, analytics, and tags work together)
