Accomplished SAP FICO and Project Management professional with years of experience, including project management (Leader Role) in at least two full-cycle greenfield SAP S/4HANA implementations. Possesses over 5 years of specialized expertise in SAP FICO, with deep knowledge of core modules GL, AP, AR, AA, CO and robust integration experience with SD and MM.

Well-versed in critical business processes such as Order-to-Cash (O2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Record-to-Report (R2R). Demonstrates strong capabilities in configuration, master data management, and interface handling (EDI/IDOC), along with a solid grasp of financial reporting, system enhancements, and regulatory compliance.

Proven ability to deliver comprehensive functional specifications, lead user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensure smooth go-lives. Adept at functioning as a FICO Solution Architect, with oversight of SAP technical modules including ABAP, BASIS, and PI/PO, ensuring cohesive end-to-end project delivery aligned with strategic finance objectives.

Experienced in key business cycles such as Order-to-Cash (O2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Record-to-Report (R2R), with a strong focus on ensuring complete and accurate documentation for new requirements.
• Cross-Functional Integration: In-depth knowledge of FICO integration with SD and MM modules. Proficient in managing Credit Management, Revenue Account Determination, Billing, and Inter/Intra Company transactions with a clear understanding of financial implications.
• Configuration & Master Data: Expertise in configuring FICO components via IMG, including Chart of Accounts, Financial Statement Versions, Cost Elements, Profit Centers, and Internal Orders. Strong command over master data management for Customer, Vendor, and Material Master (financial views).
• Integration & Interfaces: Hands-on experience with FICO integration across MM, SD, LE, and WM. Proficient in EDI/IDOC processing, interface design, and batch job scheduling to ensure seamless and accurate financial data flow.
• Reporting & Enhancements: Adept at developing and customizing financial reports using SAP standard tools. Experienced in implementing user exits, BAdIs, retro-billing, freight accounting, and revenue recognition processes.
• Project Delivery & Support: Demonstrated success in delivering detailed functional specifications, leading user acceptance testing (UAT), and providing robust post-go-live support. Committed to continuous process improvement, compliance, and audit readiness.
• Extensive SAP FICO Experience: Minimum 5 year of hands-on experience with SAP FICO, including 2+ years on SAP S/4HANA and 23 full-cycle end-to-end implementations. Deep expertise in GL, AP, AR, AA, Treasury, and CO modules including IO, PCA, PC, and CCA.
• SAP Technical Oversight: Lead and manage SAP technical modules including Fiori, BASIS, ABAP, PI/PO, and CPI to ensure high system availability, regular maintenance, and timely upgrades. Guide skilled technical teams to maintain optimal server performance and uptime.
• Vendor Contract Management: Conduct timely reviews of vendor contracts to ensure renewals and drive cost-effective optimization aligned with evolving business needs.

• Team Management & Leadership: Fostered a cohesive, motivated, and high-performing team culture by driving clear communication, resolving conflicts constructively, and aligning team objectives with overall project goals.

• Educational Qualification: B.Com/B.E. and M.Com/MBA/CA

• Experience: 10+ years of SAP consulting experience
