We are looking for a talented and experienced Female Hair Stylist to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent technical skills in hair cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments, along with strong customer service abilities. She should be able to provide personalized hair care consultations and deliver high-quality results that enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform a wide range of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, hair spa, straightening, smoothening, keratin, botox, and other advanced treatments.
  • Offer professional consultations to clients to understand their hair care needs, preferences, and recommend suitable styles or treatments.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current hair trends, techniques, and products.
  • Ensure proper hygiene and cleanliness of the salon area, tools, and equipment before and after each service.
  • Manage appointment schedules efficiently to ensure smooth client flow.
  • Promote and upsell salon products and services to clients for aftercare and maintenance.
  • Handle client feedback professionally and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Comply with all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
  • Participate in regular training and skill enhancement sessions.
