Job Description:

  • Conduct quality checks on ethnic garments including bridal lehengas, sarees, and kurtis at various production stages.
  • Inspect stitching, embroidery, dyeing, fabric quality, fit, finishing, and embellishments (zari, sequins, beadwork).
  • Identify and report defects in fabric, tailoring, handwork, trims, and surface ornamentation.
  • Ensure garments meet company standards and customer specifications before dispatch.
  • Collaborate with production and Karigar teams to resolve quality issues promptly.
  • Maintain QC reports, rejection logs, and suggest process improvements to reduce errors.
  • Monitor in-line and final inspection processes as per the companys quality control SOPs.
  • Ensure packaging and labeling accuracy for each garment.
  • Work closely with designers and merchandisers for sample approvals and bulk production quality.
  • MS Excel/ Google sheets / Basic computer knowledge

  • Background in textile design, fashion technology, or garment manufacturing.
