Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Controller to join our team at Sodepur, Kolkata. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet company standards and customer expectations before dispatch.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inspect raw materials, in-process items, and finished goods to ensure quality standards.
  • Identify defects or deviations from specifications and report them promptly.
  • Maintain quality records and documentation for audits and internal checks.
  • Coordinate with the production team to implement corrective actions.
  • Monitor compliance with company and industry quality standards.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives in the production process.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Quality Control (preferably in manufacturing or production unit).
  • Strong knowledge of quality inspection techniques and tools.
  • Attention to detail and ability to identify minute defects.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge for maintaining QC reports.
