Key Responsibilities

  • Order management & fulfillment:
  • Process customer orders efficiently and accurately from placement to dispatch
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment and delivery
  • Vendor & supply chain coordination:
  • Manage relationships with fabric and material vendors
  • Track vendor performance, deliveries, and lead times
  • Handle purchase orders, price negotiations, and vendor payments
  • Fabric allocation & inventory tracking:
  • Allocate fabric/materials as per order requirements
  • Maintain optimal inventory levels and update stock records in real-time
  • Data management & reporting:
  • Maintain and update records using Google Sheets, Excel, and Tally
  • Generate order summaries, dispatch reports, and vendor status updates
  • Cross-functional collaboration:
  • Work closely with production, design, and logistics teams
  • Communicate proactively to resolve delays or discrepancies
  • Process improvement:
  • Identify bottlenecks in the order processing workflow
  • Recommend and implement operational efficiencies
