About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Software Sales Manager to drive business growth for Lumion, a leading 3D rendering software for the architectural, engineering, and design community. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software sales, an understanding of the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry, and the ability to develop and manage client relationships effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities for Lumion software in the Indian market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architectural firms, interior designers, urban planners, and visualisation studios.
- Understand client requirements and present suitable Lumion solutions through demos, presentations, and consultations.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the marketing and technical teams to support pre-sales and post-sales activities.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and potential areas of expansion.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Prepare regular reports and forecasts on sales performance and pipeline activity.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, or Engineering.
- 4 to 8 years of experience in software sales, preferably in AEC-related software.
- Strong understanding of software integrations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently.
