Position: Purchase Engineer – Executive Level

Location:
Vadodara

Experience Required: 2–3 Years (Only PEB Industry)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end
    purchase process
    for raw materials, consumables, and services related to the
    PEB industry
    .
  • Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors for
    cost, quality, and timely delivery
    .
  • Ensure proper
    documentation of purchase orders, contracts, and agreements
    .
  • Work on
    ERP / SAP software
    for purchase requisition, order processing, and vendor management.
  • Coordinate with the
    production, quality, and accounts team
    for smooth procurement operations.
  • Maintain and monitor
    inventory levels
    to avoid shortages or overstocking.
  • Develop and maintain strong
    vendor relationships
    and ensure compliance with company policies.

Requirements:

  • B.E. / Diploma in Mechanical / Civil / Production Engineering
    or relevant field.
  • 2–3 years of experience
    in purchase within the
    PEB industry (mandatory)
    .
  • Strong knowledge of
    ERP / SAP / SMAAC software
    for purchase processes.
  • Good negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple vendors and ensure timely procurement.
