Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through calls, emails, networking, and market research.
- Present company services to potential clients and build strong relationships.
- Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation → follow-up → negotiation → closing.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain and grow key accounts with consistent communication.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management.
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, support, marketing) to ensure client satisfaction.
Required Skills
- Minimum 2 years sales experience (international sales preferred).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build trust and long-term business relationships.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and proactive.
- Experience in CRM tools, lead tracking, and reporting.
