Job Title: Head – Strategic Initiatives & Institutional Development

Branch: BEAT Excellence & School of Business

Location: Calicut

About the Role:

A senior leadership role responsible for driving strategic growth, academic innovation, and industry partnerships across BEAT Excellence and the School of Business. The position focuses on aligning programs with industry needs, expanding collaborations, improving student employability, and ensuring smooth institutional operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strengthen and align upskilling courses with industry standards.
  • Develop and implement new Accounting & HR programs under the School of Business.
  • Build partnerships with universities, corporates, and placement networks.
  • Establish incubation and upskilling units in partner colleges to promote entrepreneurship.
  • Oversee branch operations, academic delivery, and training quality.
  • Ensure effective fee collection, student support, and team performance.
  • Lead placement initiatives, job fairs, and corporate tie-ups.
  • Set and monitor sales targets; collaborate with marketing for lead generation and brand growth.

Qualifications:

  • Master's in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in education management or strategic partnerships.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and business development skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per year
