Role & responsibilities

  • Good domain knowledge of drug substance / intermediate /RM analysis by instrumental techniques and conventional wet chemistry analysis
  • Understanding and practical experience of method development for simple and complex generics. Well versed with chromatography and spectroscopy instruments etc. & troubleshooting
  • Performing method validation, dissolution and forced degradation by HPLC
  • Identification of impurities and structural elucidation using HPLC/ LC-MS-MS.
  • Strong theoretical and practical knowledge in chromatographic techniques such as normal phase and reversed-phase chromatography
  • Documentation of all test results in compliance with GMP and GLP
  • Well versed and practical experience of handling HPLC, GC, LC-MS-MS such as QQQ, Ion trap, Q-trap etc
  • Analysis of raw materials, APIs, stability samples
  • Proper documentation of all test results in raw data sheets and instrument usage
