Role Overview:

Dropty is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Assistant Investment Manager to join our growing team. The role involves supporting our investment division in evaluating financial opportunities, developing dynamic pricing strategies, and managing portfolio performance. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial acumen, expertise in valuation and modeling, and the ability to draft and interpret financial statements with precision.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and forecasts to guide investment decisions.
  • Develop, maintain, and refine financial models for valuation, cash flow forecasting, and scenario planning.
  • Assist in creating and executing pricing strategies to optimize profitability and market positioning.
  • Conduct investment and risk-return analyses, and prepare portfolio performance assessments.
  • Support the due diligence process for potential investment deals and partnerships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess business proposals, market trends, and competitive pricing.
  • Monitor and evaluate portfolio performance, track key metrics, and present insights to senior management.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance financial efficiency and strategic growth.

Required Skills:


• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred.


• 2–5 years of experience in investment analysis, financial modeling, or pricing strategy.


• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or other financial modeling and analytics tools.


• Strong understanding of valuation methodologies (DCF, Comparable Company Analysis, etc.).


• Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.


• High attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.


• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Experience:


• Background in private equity, venture capital, investment banking, or asset management.


• Exposure to startups, M&A transactions, or financial structuring.


• Familiarity with industry pricing models and revenue optimization strategies.
