Job Description:

As a Senior Python Developer, you will be at the forefront of our cutting edge product development, working closely with our cross-functional team to design, develop, and deploy scalable software solutions. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and maintenance of our core platform using Python, Django.
  • Writing clean, high-quality, high-performance, maintainable code.
  • Good to have experience with Azure CI/CD.
  • Design and optimize PostgreSQL, NoSQL databases for performance and scalability.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality features.
  • Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to the team.
  • Drive best practices in code quality, testing, and documentation.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Good to have experience in Gen AI and agenting work culture.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in software development.
  • Expertise:
  • Strong proficiency in Python and Django.

  • In-depth knowledge of PostgreSQL, NoSQL including query optimization and performance tuning.

  • Startup Mindset:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment with minimal supervision.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation.

  • Technical Leadership:

  • Experience leading projects and mentoring other engineers.

  • Ability to make architectural decisions and influence the technical direction of the company.

Nice to Have:

  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Previous experience working in a startup environment.
  • Experience in Gen AI and agenting work culture.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or related field)
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience
  • Experience with Agile or Scrum software development methodologies
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹100, ₹1,000,000.00 per year
