Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an HR & Sales Executive located in Panchkula. The HR & Sales Executive will be responsible for managing recruitment processes, conducting interviews, handling employee relations, implementing sales strategies, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a combination of HR and sales skills to effectively support the company's growth and development.
Qualifications
- HR Management, Recruitment, and Employee Relations skills
- Sales Strategies, Client Relationship Management, and Sales Target Achievement skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
- Experience in a similar role is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Salary: INR 10,000/- to 15,000/- + Incentives
