About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Civil Site Engineer to join our team in Varanasi. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in commercial construction projects and be willing to relocate. This role involves overseeing site execution, ensuring quality standards, and coordinating with various stakeholders to deliver projects efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily site activities and ensure adherence to project timelines
  • Interpret construction drawings and specifications for execution
  • Monitor quality and safety standards on-site
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants
  • Maintain accurate site documentation including progress reports and material logs
  • Assist in resolving site-level issues and escalate when necessary
  • Ensure compliance with project budgets and schedules

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in commercial construction (e.g., office fit-outs, retail, hospitality)
  • Strong understanding of structural works, finishing, and site coordination
  • Willingness to relocate to Varanasi
  • Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and site reporting tools
  • Effective communication and team collaboration skills
