Job Description – Guest Relation Executive
Work Location: Sector 132, Noida – 201304
Nearest Metro: Sector 137
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet all visitors, clients, and guests with a courteous and professional attitude.
- Handle incoming calls, respond to queries, transfer calls to the appropriate department, and record messages when necessary.
- Manage front desk activities – visitor logs, issuing visitor/contractor passes, and ensuring adherence to security protocols.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings, schedule appointments, and share timely updates with stakeholders.
- Manage all incoming/outgoing couriers, emails, and official communication efficiently.
- Provide accurate and helpful information to visitors and callers, ensuring high standards of customer service.
- Liaise with internal teams to support smooth operations and ensure a seamless visitor experience.
Candidate Profile
- Education: Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline (mandatory)
- Skills Required:
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other administrative tools
- Presentable, well-groomed, and professional demeanour
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Strong command over spoken & written English
Compensation
- Annual CTC: ₹2,40,000 – ₹3,00,000
- Monthly Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 (plus PF )
