Job Title: Customer Support Executive (Work From Home)

Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries via calls / chat / email (as per business requirement)
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns effectively
  • Maintain customer satisfaction through professional and timely support
  • Follow standard processes and maintain documentation of interactions

Eligibility Criteria:

Education:

  • Graduate Freshers – Mandatory
  • Undergraduates – Minimum 1 year of customer support experience required

skills:

  • Proficiency in English & Kannada is mandatory
  • Good communication and customer-handling skills
  • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills

Work Requirements (Mandatory):

  • Laptop with i5 processor, 8GB RAM, Windows 10
  • Stable Wi-Fi connection
  • USB Headset for calls

Work Details:

  • Shift: 24/7 rotational shifts
  • Working Days: 6 days working with 1 rotational week off

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15, ₹21,000.00 per month
