What You'll Do :

  • Build and deploy AI-powered applications end-to-end using modern AI stacks, including integrating

Large Language Models (LLMs) into real-world applications.

  • Fine-tune and deploy

Large Language Models (LLMs) for a range of real-world use cases, ensuring scalability, accuracy, and efficiency.

  • Work with multi-AI agents and design multi-step reasoning pipelines to solve complex problems and deliver high-quality AI solutions.
  • Build intelligent workflows using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, and similar libraries to create seamless AI-driven automation and processing pipelines.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and engineers to define the scope, features, and design of AI applications and ensure smooth integration of AI models into backend systems and applications.
  • Monitor and optimize the performance of deployed AI models, ensuring that models are fine-tuned for inference efficiency and resource management.

What We're Looking For :

  • Proven experience working with AI agents and developing LLM-based applications that integrate into real-world environments.
  • Experience with advanced frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
  • Strong proficiency in Python, with experience in backend development and API frameworks (e.g, FastAPI, Flask, ).
  • Expertise in LLM fine-tuning, deployment, and inference optimization, with a deep understanding of the challenges involved in deploying large-scale models.
  • Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, and similar tools for building intelligent workflows, managing data pipelines, and integrating with LLMs.
  • Familiarity with Transformers, Hugging

Face, and other libraries used to fine-tune and deploy language models.

  • Strong understanding of deployment pipelines for AI models, including optimization techniques for fast inference and resource efficiency.
  • Experience working with cloud-based infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure) for deploying and scaling AI applications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to develop scalable solutions for complex AI problems.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment, communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to build and deploy impactful solutions.
  • Experience with distributed computing and managing large datasets for model training and inference.
  • Knowledge of other AI tools or frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI GPT, or BERT.
  • Understanding of Data Engineering concepts and experience building data pipelines for AI-driven applications.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices for CI/CD pipelines in the context of AI model deployment.
  • Work on cutting-edge AI applications and frameworks, contributing to the development of intelligent systems that solve real-world problems.
