  • Frontend: React, Typescript
  • Backend: Node JS, FastAPI, Python, AWS
  • AI: Agentic frameworks, LLMs, Speech models

What you'll do

  • You'll build the best verticalized voice AI solution in India, which is second to none.
  • Be across the stack - whether it's frontend, backend, AI or infrastructure.
  • You'll figure out how we'll scale our agents 100X (and then another 100X, and again) from here.
  • You'll stitch together open-source frameworks, LLMs and business logic into something magical.

Must-Haves :

Full-Stack Proficiency: Proven experience in Frontend (React JS and TypeScript) and Backend (Node JS and Python) development. Hands-on experience building and designing scalable AI/LLM agent systems. Preferred experience working with Cloud Platforms (AWS/GCP) and distributed systems using Queueing Systems.

Education - UG in Computer Science or a related technical background is required.

Active contributions on GitHub, a strong LinkedIn presence, and a history of participating in hackathons.

Notice period: Ability to join immediately or within a 15–45 day notice period.

Builder Mindset- Addicted to momentum; owns solutions end-to-end.

Founding Mentality- Operates in founder mode; prioritizes speed and learning velocity.

Strict No-Nos :

Any No-poach: Avoid quant background, (GS, JPMC, Morgan Stanley, Wells Fargo), avoid service companies

Nice to Haves :

People who have worked at startups before in founding roles, opensource contributors.
