Technical Implementation Associate

JOB DESCRIPTION

J.P. Morgan Wealth Management is a global leader in investment and wealth management, serving institutions, high-net-worth individuals, and retail investors worldwide.

As a Technical Implementation Sr. Associate in global banking middle office, you coordinate all aspects of product implementation setups, working closely with business partners and clients. You manage a high volume of simultaneous requests, ensuring effective collaboration between onshore and client tech teams for both testing and production environments. Your role demands strong people management skills and a solid understanding of mainframe and testing processes.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead people and stakeholder management, including development, attrition, and training programs.
• Maintain effective and standardized operational processes across the team.
• Act as a primary contact for escalations and high-priority internal client requests.
• Manage the performance cycle, including objective setting, career planning, and recognition.
• Measure productivity and key performance indicators to drive team success.
• Exhibit adherence to policy and procedures and meet or exceed established Service Level Agreements.
• Manage projects and handle multiple requests simultaneously while identifying gaps or exceptions and recommending possible solutions.
• Help client and internal teams to set up products as required.
• Demonstrate ability to manage conflict and mobilize internal resources to resolve issues.

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities

• Engineering degree with 9+ years of experience in banking, financial services, or treasury product implementation with a testing background.
• Excellent people and team management skills with experience in development and training.
• Strong understanding of mainframe, file, and regression testing processes.
• Knowledge of automation tools such as VBA, Selenium, and UI Path for workflow automation.
• Proven ability to develop, implement, and maintain operational processes.
• Experience with Power BI for dashboard creation and Confluence for collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities

• Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
• Willingness to work in evening or night shifts.
