Looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Branch Manager -
Oversee branch operations and ensure efficiency in day-to-day activities.
Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales, revenue, and profitability targets.
Identify new business opportunities and build long-term client relationships.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the branch team to achieve performance goals.
Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and statutory regulations.
Monitor branch performance through reports and present updates to management.
Handle escalations, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth project execution and service delivery.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
